OPTIMIZATION

GPS provides plant design and operational optimization services for both new and existing facilities, using computer models and optimizers to fully optimize plant performance and operational modes. Includes analysis of alternative plant designs, equipment selection, operations, and maintenance to achieve performance characteristics that maximize the economic return of the plant.

MODELING

Computer analysis using third-party or customized software to predict or monitor the performance of pieces of equipment and/or the plant.

TESTING

Procedures, supervision, preparation, witness, etc. for performance tests relating to plant and equipment for acceptance, benchmark, dispute resolution, and trending.

AUDITS

Comprehensive analysis of plant performance to determine degradation, limitations, etc.

IMPROVEMENTS

Locate and evaluate opportunities to improve capacity and efficiency throughout plants.
